I ordered the wrong tree by accident. Bomenbezorgd kindly allowed me to return the tree and replace it with the tree I meant to order. Of course I paid the difference, Everyone I spoke to at the company were friendly and willing to help me get the perfect tree. The delivery men were friendly and efficient. The delivery truck app (where you can see the delivery truck on it’s way and how many clients are before you) is useful. I could greet the delivery men at the street. If you have no time or a bad back, the ‘aanplantingservice’ is an excellent choice and worth the money.
